In the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian, we rolled up our sleeves and united to help our friends, family, and colleagues in the Bahamas.
Our partnerships with The Malala Fund, United Way, and Best Buddies continue to help strengthen our commitment to a better world—from local neighborhoods to the global community
Best Place to Work & Travel
Diversity among our guests and crew has always been a key factor in what makes us successful. With our guests—everyone is welcome aboard to discover the world with us. And, with our crew, we embrace individual talent regardless of age, race, sex, gender, disability, or belief, and our awards reflect this.
Through our partnership with World Wildlife Fund, we work to reduce our direct and indirect impact on the environment and our Save the Waves initiatives help protect and nurture the oceans we sail.
We’re on a mission to reduce waste in our everyday business practices. As an example, we’ve eliminated all plastic straws on our fleet, and we continually work to reduce single-use plastics on board.
Championing Gender Equality
We’re committed to increasing the number of women working on board—and at the helm—of our award-winning ships, and our numbers prove it. In 2015, just 3% of our fleetwide bridge team consisted of women. Today, that number is 22%—and that number is growing.
